Moon Cresta--"System Error!"

I was giving Moon Cresta a blast earlier today,which is not a bad little port to be fair. And to my surprise,as I  cleared through the last wave of the first loop a message came up, written in the games typeface"System Error!" then the game finished, despite me having one life left. The game went back to the title screen !?
Has anyone ever come across this little feature, it was obviously  written into the game for some reason. Is it some sort of Easter egg? I have never seen it before. I am wondering if there is anything else  in it.

Maybe try writing to the developer? They might send you an updated cassette.

[/size][size=78%]I used to really like Moon Cresta on the arcade machine, but it would drive me mad,cos the routines at the start of game and after you lost a life.Were such a slow process and would really interrupt the flow of things. It was a good little shoot em up other than that.[/size]

^^^^It's playing up again , whenever  I use the quote feature. It plays up (The Site Application, Thingamejigg), and I am unable to edit my post

Never got a "thingamejigg" error If you could be more specific maybe I could do something about it...

It's ok Gryzor I'll live with it, it is only when I use the 'Quote' feature, It comes up with extra function items that I haven't pressed -The font size. But it does not show up in the 'Post box' so I am unable to edit it out.

Huh, it happend to me a few minutes ago on my PC -never had happened before. Still, I was able to edit the post and remove the crap, and what's more, when I was typing my post the formatting was actually visible, so I could change it...
