AA Cover Tapes

Hi All,
      while cleaning out some stuff here, I just found two original AA cover tapes:

- AA Birthday Gift-Pack:
   Side A - Dizzy AA special edition
   Side B - Micro Assembler - SMART II - Disk Help - ON-DISK

- AA Christmas Cassette:
   Side A - The Untouchables
   Side B - Sun Crossword - Gunslinger - Word Processor - Typewriter - Tape To Disk

Have these programs all been converted / catalogued and available online? If not, I can do this, but if they already exist they'll be dumped or if anyone wants them, they can have them.

All Amstrad Action tapes have been archived. Even the XMas & birthday ones.

Well that answers my second question too then. Because I just found two AA Action Pack Cassettes: April 1991 and July 1991.

If anybody wants these, then let me know, otherwise they are about to get dumped...

It'll be a short game, I only have for tapes to throw. Although I could play the second half with Amsoft tapes

All Amstrad Action tapes have been archived. Even the XMas & birthday ones.

I'd be forever grateful if someone knows where I can get Action Pack 50 tape which came with AA 116 - May '95 cause it's got an Assembly source example of a Game specifically on that tape (which doesn't appear to be on ADATE)!    (I don't think Richard Fairhurst likes beggars either!    Though I'm unsure it would help either way!  ).

WOW you get Top Marks for that effort!!    (Sadly I can only contribute 1 Like!  )
And to think you can have all the covertapes in under a 5Mb archive is a worthwhile Download for anyone!   

I found the Assembly program in question, all 8k of it on the Covertape and as I thought it certainally explains why you don't see the Assembly source code for too many games in Magazines due to the amount of space they take up, though the explainations which are also extremely useful as well take up a lot of the space as well!    Of course I have a simple Shoot-em-up example in Assembly from the early days of ACU, though they seemed to have a bit of space back in them days!

Sorry I'm not really looking     Though I just thought that if as much information is collected about them tapes the better. I didn't get many of them Christmas Covertapes (though I never got the Birthday ones either when their October Issue came around - that only happened after every issue had a covertape), the one from AA52 I recall was merely a tape taped to the magazine minus any box, though if it's worth preserving the label on the tape by scanning both sides then perhaps that information would be handy (unless it exists of course). If I'm the only smuck which stresses too much on preserving that sort of detail then definitely bin it!

Well they're all in boxes now, but one of them looked like it had been selotaped to the cover, because there's a typical "tape removal" stripe down the centre of the tape label.

The labels were pretty unspectacular anyway, usually just listing what's on the tape and the other side was blank I think.

I recall there being a cute little image of Kevin Costner being on the Covertape which had the Untouchables demo on it!    I will never get over how I waited 20 minutes just to load that thing up only to have two little screens!    Even worse cause I only had a 464 which featured no tune (cause you had to have 128k)!    Still I guess I was still able to play it.

I'm not a collector, but I need tapes to calibrate the cassette drives on my CPC 464s. Since I don't own any original ones, they might be useful for that.
