Alcon 2020 - What would be involved in making this Dandantor / DES friendly

I have Alcon 2020 currently installed on my X-Mem thanks to the official installer and what an amazing game it is. However using it with full 6 channel sound needs multiple expansions connected to my CPC.. increasing the power requirements (and plug sockets LOL) I was playing around with expansions on the DES this evening and found that the through port on the DES is fully compatible with the PlayCity, and therefore if the rom images from the X-Mem installer could be modified to run on a dandantor I would have the awesomeness of 6 channel sound with just the DES (with the PlayCity attached to it's expansion port) connected rather than Motherx4, X-Mem, PlayCity


this new proposed setup would take up much less room on the desk for an all round neater solution. But is that even possible? Sword of Ianna and Brunhilda both run from the Dandanator directly so it must be possible. has anyone had similar thoughts or fiddled with Alcon2020 on the Dandanator / DES hardware.
