It's available to download from ACME, along with scans of many other books. Look in the LITTERATURE LIVRES > (ENG) ANGLAIS > MELBOURNE HOUSE directory; unfortunately I can't provide a link to this directory as CPCWiki doesn't like the square brackets in the URL.
