What Does DSK, CDT, CPR : Modified mean in practice?

DSK = Disk image   --->  Unofficial Amstrad WWW Resource
CDT = Tape image   ---> Unofficial Amstrad WWW Resource and Unofficial Amstrad WWW Resource
CPR = Amstrad Plus Cartridge Image   ---> Unofficial Amstrad WWW Resource

:Modified -> It's not dumped from the original disk/tape/whatever but from a cracked game disk or tape
