Some very nice games recently! Thank's a lot! GX4000 users will love them!  :) :) :)

Phantomz

PHANTIS from Dinamic Software

Version 2 with Original Title Screen.

@iXien

Here is a new version with the Original Title Screen as requested.

Hopefully both versions will be added to the games list.

Like I said, I couldn't work on the original cracked disk, therefore had to work with other cracks, to make a workable version,

There is no screen corruptions, however, you will need to do the following....

Press any button on Black Screen when Music Plays to Continue.

I've made all the changes again, apart from it showing  "ENHORABUENA " at the end of phase 1, for some reason the game wouldn't work when changed to that, even though the string was the same length.

It now shows " AHORA JUEGA     FASE2 " on this version.

I also had to make a new Trainer, which should all work ok.  ;)

Many thanks for this new version ;) . Indeed, I had a look on the DSK you originally used and the overscan titlescreen is compressed within the game datas. The SCR file isn't used.

Who do you love more, mom or dad? Azpiri or Luis Royo? I love both Phantis and Game Over II

Ok, with a little help from @Urusergi , here is a definitive version for this patch of Phantis. we can name it Phantis V2.1 :D

In this one, it's no more needed to press fire on a black screen to display the main menu. I know @Phantomz would have been able to do it with more time but hey, it's a nice demonstration of team building, dudes  8) The archive will be the one for the annual update. You'll find in all the versions, from Game Over patched by @dragon to Phantis patched by @Phantomz with the original title screen and the overscan try too.

Hi guys, I was wondering if it was possible to put amstrad games like, Bad dudes vs dragon ninja,
stretched version? If it was possible with a HEX editor?

Thank you, yes I have already downloaded this .cpr roms pack but many amstrad games are in full screen during the introduction
and change resolution once in the game, I know that we can create .kcr files by putting a sna file in it in order to start the game
after the intro for example but I don't know if we can transform a .kcr into .cpr afterwards. Personally it's for playing CrocoDs
 under Windows

This topic is devoted to GX4000 conversions of CPC games, and the main goal is to play them on the real hardware. We all know that it's currently difficult to play all these games on a real GX4000 as linkers are very rare and the hability to play them on emulators is precious. However, it's not the subject here of making arrangements for an emulator or another. If you want, you can open a new thread. Maybe some people with the needed skill will be interested like you in creating .KCR files ;)

Yes sorry, I thought you were helping with the emulation too.
I imagined that we needed to go through this to create these conversions.
In any case, congratulations to the team for the work ;)
