Mission Omega , is a great game , I'm not sure how well it did in the day . But Personally find it a really enjoyable game that I like to delve into from time to time. The idea of being able to develop your own robots is great and similar to 'NetherEarth'.
The ability to set each of your Bots off on auto is great. But the issue I have is that ,sometimes a bot will only travel maybe a screen , and then power down . Saying that it has completed and you have to continue manual. Is this a bug?
My other query is regarding the different Sensors, you can apply to your bot. How does one differentiate from the other ? I have tried to run tests between them, but cannot work out what benefits one over the other ? Same with regard to the different Bot body types. IE. Walking/Hovering/Sphere etc...
The game is really cool as it is , but Would really love to be able to appreciate the features more.

I was fond of this game too, enjoyed the music, loved the pitch, found a map on a french magazine, but even with it. see the ending really depending of where your start the game, and the alien were really hard to beat. didn't play it long time ago. keep this topic updated if you progress, will read it.

I seem to be able to do pretty decent on the game , it just frustrates me to think I am not benefiting from any subtleties in the different bots . The Manual does not give any indication on the varieties . PI also wonder if the game is bugged , because of the randomness of the auto search not being consistent. Truly a great game and would love to see a modern incarnation.
Yeah the music is great , just wish it was a little longer in its composition .
