What are the goriest games on the CPC? I'm thinking blood, guts and decapitations.

The obvious choice would be
Barbarian. Who could forget the 'head chop' manoeuvre and the blood pouring out of the poor victim's neck? :D
I guess the two that stick in my mind are Renegade (once you've used the code) and level 3 of Savage.
The game that AA chastised for it's gore was Death Wish 3 - even though they thought the violence in Renegade was acceptable (due to them using blue blood) :o
Some of the CRL adventures like Dracula and Frankenstein had "gory" pictures in them.
Friday the 13th has a fairly gory picture that shows up randomly ingame (head with a manchete in it).

Was gonna say the same thing. Not as gory as the others mentioned here, but certainly the most terror-y.
