I spent far too much money on the original in the Arcades back in the early eighties ::)

Croatian PD Missile Command clone from 1987.

Programming:
Bernardin Katic and Alan Blazevic
Graphics: Antonio Ilic

From CPCRulez: "According to The Bird Sanctuary web site, this game was submitted for publication to Firebird but it was rejected."

However the programming team responsible had success elsewhere and did publish two other commercial games (Pinball Power and Cowboy Kidz) via Mastertronic and Byte Back.

Not emulated - original hardware and software.

Definitely good that they were rejected.

is the sound out of sync in the game itself or only in the video? It's bit weird to see the UFO and when it is gone, you hear the sound of it.

It's the recording that's at fault. Normally in a video of 2 - 3 minutes audio drift/lag isn't too obvious but I got carried away with this one ;D

I think it's pretty good and ready for a budget release...

It looks like the kind of game that would have made me very nervous and frustrated back in the days, and probably now  :blank: However, I think that with a mouse it would have been enjoyable :).
