After seeing the records for Oh Mummy, I decided to give it a go:

This is my attempt:

Can someone submit it to this site for me please, as I don't use facebook? https://www.facebook.com/interghost

What's so fascinating about this game?
Erm, it came in the £100 of free software with a CPC 464, so most people owned it. I tloaded quickly from tape, so most people played it. It is infuriatingly addictive (Unlike Bridge it which was just infuriating) LOL

I must admit that I found it addictive back in the day when I was a kid and had it on my original 464. Must get round to putting it on a 3.5 inch floppy, so that I can play it again on my 6128....  :D

Carnivius

I could have sworn there was a hidden level or something where the yellow colour was bright green but then I remembered it was just me messing about with the code or something when I was trying to learn stuffs.
Anyways yeah I still love this game.
Favorite CPC games: Count Duckula 3, Oh Mummy Returns, RoboCop Resurrection, Tankbusters Afterlife

I think it was one of the better freebe's .Another game on a similar level was Spannerman, I wish someone could alter some of the code on Spannerman , so that the quantity of water which filled up increased and decreased depending on how many leaks you sealed up. I am sure it just was a constant. I always  hoped that there was a second level in that game!? Sorry to hijack the thread  :D

Gryzor

It's a great early game, and quite addictive too.

Don't forget it's been converted to ROM :)

Wow great score :o , just played for the 1st time and the game gets tough really quick! Managed 2790 but lost all my men on just one stage :-[ .
Keeping it Kiwi since 1977

Trick is to walk all ways first except of two of them (2x hozizontal 2. and 4. way). Then finish up by walking horizontal (ways 2 and 4) and of course walk over the mommy which comes out of the chamber, since you got the spell it will just disappear. Just made 7900.

What that game needs is a plug to randomly appear for 10-30 seconds every once in a while to give your man the chance to drain some of that water away.[/ot]
* Using the old Amstrad Languages :D * And create my own ;)
* Incorporating the Firmware :P
* I also like to problem solve code in BASIC :)   * And type-in Type-Ins! :D

Oh Mummy - First game I tried since buying my CPC, music is infuriatingly brilliant and loved putting the speed up to max for turbo mode. Need to break the 2500 barrier to go top of the leaderboard at least once.  8)

Bridge It - Saw the box, thought I remember this, shame I didnt remember how annoying it is!  >:(
