It's not 100% accurate, as we don't link platforms and writing systems (and some games have been written on multiple writing systems, or different writing systems for various platforms) but this should give you a starting point...

The Quill & Amstrad CPC...

The PAW & Amstrad CPC...
http://solutionarchive.com/list/platform%2C3/system%2C10/

GAC & Amstrad CPC...

DAAD & Amstrad CPC...

Like I said, those lists won't be 100% accurate, particularly when a game has been ported to the CPC from other platforms. For example, some Quilled/PAWed games on the Spectrum might have been converted to the CPC using DAAD but will show up in the Quill and PAW lists too because they were originally created in that system.

I remember so big old lists appearing in Amstrad Action back in the day; a number of those were GAC if I remember...

In CPCGamesCD you can sort the list of Text Aventures in according with the parser they use. Again, it's not 100% accurate but I try to polish in every new release.
