I'm looking for information on the game Gabrielle but there doesn't appear to be much around. Does anyone know of any reviews in English or French, with links if possible?

Go to cpc-power, Gabrielle is present. On the test topic you'll find 3 french reviews from magazines.There is a small review on cpcgamereviews too.
