Hi guys, well after my "Shit Game Time" review of the original Amstrad release of Outrun on my Youtube channel, I thought I would upload this remake version that came out a short time ago so you could only dream what might have been if it wasn't U.S.Gold that had published it back in 1987.
It uses all the colours of the Amstrad, infact it looks identicle to the original game loader of the 1987 version only this time you get to play it in that style.
Obvioulsy the original harware wouldn't be able to run it this smoothly but you gotta admit it looks great  :D

Anyway, here it is in full, all 15 stages shown including credits roll, enjoy!!!

I hope you enjoy it enough to sub to my channel for all sorts of gems!!!  :D

Screw the original hardware! I'd be happy to play it on an emulator =D
Currently playing on: 2xCPC464, 1xCPC6128, 1x464Plus, 1x6128Plus, 2xGX4000. M4 board, ZMem 1MB and still forever playing Bruce Lee.
No cheats, snapshots or emulation. I play my games as they're intended to be played. What about you?

Well It's a mindblowingly better version than the U.S. Gold crap that's for sure  :)

Thou shall not question Captain Wrong!

"U.S. Gold" brand/name should be banned from internet and the one who mention this name again should be executed at dawn.

Harsh. You're writing off Strider, X Out, Turrican I and II, U.N Squadron, Bruce Lee, Italy 1990 and World Class Leaderboard straight off the top of my head!  :o

No problem :-)

Like most forum sites, I assume many out there don't just own those particular machines, in other words I'm pretty confident that the Amstrad guys on here also own or are a fan of the other 8 & 16-bit machines?!
Well I got a big,...actually a MASSIVE gift to everyone out there which I'm working on right now, It's not Amstrad themed but It's my gift to those who dig my channel, view it, subbed to it, spread and share it and to those who are just nice people, all I'll say is It's a video which I will post here as well as other forum sites,...I really hope everyone will enjoy it and understand how much work and time I've put into it,...watch this space!!!  :D
