Another "new" adventure is here based on  Neptunes' Caverns

Pleasing news, well done my friend.


I just downloaded the disk and gave it a try. The first thing I did was to break the program and run it again in mode 2 :)
I wonder why you didn't include that in the code in the first place?

Hi there,

did you run it with run"start" ? That should do the Mode 2 switch.

Maybe it is buggy, I did a new upload.

What about a very quick and dirty version for the Amstrad PCW and Mallard Basic?  8)

No loading screen, sorry...  :-[ 

(in fact, it should work on the CPC under CP/M Plus and Mallard Basic also...)

Never had a joyce so I didn't know that "simple" BASIC is that near ...  :picard:

You can do that with "The Crystal of Nebumeth" (http://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/games/new-game-adventure-%27the-crystal-of-nebumeth%27/), too  ?

The source is attached. Maybe it runs "from scratch" ? ;D

aah, I ran the main basic file directly. just my stupidity  :picard:
So I've also missed the pimpy title screen and white color theme not just the mode 2  :-\

BUGFIXED !

New DSK in first post.

The ORIGINAL Game Loop was written so it never could end ... now it should.
