On a related, but serious, note; there are many PAGE 3 GIRL debut photos from the 70s/80s where the model in question (eg, Linda Lusardi) was 16 years of age. As the pictures are considered 'art' and not 'pornography' and only show upper-body nudity, it wasn't classed as under-age. (16 also being the 'age of consent' in UK)
However, since the dawning of the internet, and the immediate explosion of sexual imagery on said internet, the laws have changed drastically (as they well should), but this has meant that 'The Sun' and 'Page 3' have had to destroy these pre-18 Page 3 images. And, anyone still owning them, either hardcopy or online, is subject to underage image laws.

I will not go into Japanese/Eastern Block 'imagery' of the mid-90s.
