Hi!
I will indeed love if someone could done a hack with the following. Dunno if its hard to do, but... surely we all love it :)
- Single player mode but with the number of enemies from two player.
- Less time on floor when you are down. Seriously, this is very annoying :(
I will love to play a hack like this. Hehe, maybe with a tool to edit levels, gfx from enemies, weapons, etc, etc :D
Why Spectrum can have this hack? :__( Target Renegade: El MOD definitivo - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwJSL7z34Yg)
The Spectrum version has transparent characters as well! Maybe is a kind of superpower? ;D

Because the amstrad version is miles better than any other version, other systems needs to redo things... I think that the Amstrad version is perfect and brilliant...
well, some graphics could get some enhancements though...
Compared with the first Renegade the graphics are quite poor.
much gracias, capitano Obvio, you saved the day... ;D
I can't understand how you can criticize Target Renegade...
after seeing Double Dragon I, II & III
Target Renegade is made by god on the cpc, i'm pretty sure...
P.S.: Animagic is the devil...
P.S.2: you will burn in hell!!
I think we were spoiled with the graphics on the first Renegade, which were popping ! Target Renegade's were just adequate IMO. Not bad really but nothing exceptional. They did the job well , but , didn't have the finesse of Renegade.

I agree here.
I love Renegade. Target Renegade plays well, especially with two players, but it's graphics are not as nice as Renegade's and it lacks the number of enemies on-screen that Renegade has.

Yep. But also I found more playable to my taste Target Renegade, but Renegade excels on graphics and the enemies on screen. Probably Target Renegade can also manage more enemies than showed on vanilla game. Ah... hope someone could prove it. :)
Renegade's combat system is less forgiving than the one from Target Renegade. But still I prefer the first one.
target renegade in my opinion a masterpiece , the first is also amazing better graphics and more difficulty ,target is set to double, and really the biggest flaw I see is that it has no more screens , it becomes short me
So... anybody up for a mock up of the GFX?

Like the Shinobi mock up some years ago? ;D
It's no easy to make all the tile set for a game, I even think that is more difficult that program in ASM (that it is very easy if you have time to learn)
I really really think that we must do crowfunding and pay a full time team for program games
Target Renegade isn't the best work of Dawn Drake on CPC. Skinheads look like old-timer. Same problem with cap bad guy.
and as full-time paid monthly donations among all? '

That game got released like nearly 30 years ago! Do you think they stay young forever? Of course they are old now!
