I loved playing puzznic.
Here is a version that runs on GX4000. Instead of pressing R for menu, press pause.
Also, an update to my "boot" process, title screen now fades in and out.
If somebody wants to give me a plus palette for it, I will update the cart with it.
Thank god the coder did a good job, because all of it is controlled through joystick including entering your name on the hi-score.
Enjoying playing this again on cart.
before you start saying "why didn't you update it with plus colours, sprites etc" and "why bother doing this".
Gerald's hardware, with the cprs on sd card, means that a direct disk to cart is not as horrible as before???
I did patch the game btw for pause button.
why didn't the Amstrad version include those naked japanese hotties ?
>:(
Puzznic (Taito, 1989) (http://arcade.svatopluk.com/taito/puzznic/)
I demand a remake in 128K full screen to include this nice feature...

Come on! I though we crossed that line sometime ago, this is a hobby and only because that is fun ;)
You don't need to explain yourself, you are making a wonderful job and in three weeks when i return from Spain from seeing my family and i start to read all the posts that i have not read since september, you are going to receive a lot of likes, jajaja.

I think there's a world of difference between paying over double the cost of a disk game to get the cartridge version, only to find out they were the same and just format shifting a free download copy to make it convenient to play. Keep it up I say. :)
New version.
Many thanks to BDCIron/GOB!!!! :)
He made a nice new overscan title screen and nice in-game palette.
Enjoy this nice update :)
Well done ! ;D
No thanks... Nothing... And 12 downloaded.... What a crual world.
I'd say thanks but I've not downloaded and tried it.. but when I do, I will.

I have downloaded it, the loading screen is beautiful and do I detect some tweaked colouration thoughout?

In fact, there's one of them that looked alike...
Ooh that's nice!!!

I'm sure a Speccy owner would still find a way to sneer at the picture because of the blocky pixels!
Lovely loading screen, and nice gentle tweaks to the in-game graphics. Looks better than the Amiga version now!
Yeah, because 192x270x16 is far more blokier than 256x192x2/8...
Ver nice. I still confuse this with Plotting, but at least they're now both cart games!

A not bad remake of the Ocean's cover.
Thank you for your comments. I spent a few hours in this drawing and it's always nice to see that the result pleases ;)
