If you could remake one or more games on the Amstrad, which ones would it be and why?

Games that already exist on the CPC and could be made better? I don't know. Certainly some existing games could be improved upon. I'd prefer to see new games myself.

sigh

I prefer new ideas too.

However - I have done the first 2 screens for a Rodland remake. The background tiles, sprites and animation are done.
I'll come back to this one day after the other projects are finished.

I would like some patches for existing games, so they'll run on my CPC+

The ones I remember at the moment are Loderunner, and Shadow of the Beast. But I run into quite a few games that just won't run on my CPC+.

And then I'd like to see more multiplayer games for the CPC. :-) Like 4-player Bomberman for example. And 4-player Space Taxi. :-)

Take a look at IndieGameMusic.com - that's where I put my tracks.

I remember the 4 player codemaster games like BMX Simulator 2, Football Simulator and Jet Ski Simulator. There was some SERIOUS keyboard interference on those games!
It's a shame as they were fun in multiplayer.

Bruce Lee with less stick-man graphics and a better end game screen. :)
Currently playing on: 2xCPC464, 1xCPC6128, 1x464Plus, 1x6128Plus, 2xGX4000. M4 board, ZMem 1MB and still forever playing Bruce Lee.
No cheats, snapshots or emulation. I play my games as they're intended to be played. What about you?

Every game where the ZX Spectrum or C64 version is better than the CPC version

It's great to see the difference in replies from a multitude of places  ;D

I still want someone to fix the collision detection on ZYNAPS! I have the updated updated title-screen all worked out (with fade-in/fade-out "ZYNAPS" logo to appease Toto! ^_^), I just need the collision detection done and the game will be 100%.

Oh man that's a great idea!!!

dcdrac

Dun Darach and Tir Na Nog should get the Savage treatment too

mr_lou

Hmm..... I agree that the graphics in the Savage games are awesome, but the playing field is far too little.

So while I (of course) think that better graphics would be great, I hope it won't be on the expense of a smaller screen.
