Don't want to spoil it, or post the full solution (I think you may need to make the right conversation decisions to be able to pick up the gun) but you should be able to pick up the gun from the ground and then after an image of Isa walking appears with her hand hidden, click on Isa's hand to make her pull out the gun and shoot.

Another thing I'll mention is that to complete the game, the final question that the guy asks at the end of each chapter needs to be answered correctly.  (I wish I'd known that all those years ago ! lol!)

It's taken a long time, but Passengers on the Wind 2 is now available on a DSK for downloading! I've attached a ZIP file to this post, and it can also be downloaded from NVG.

All of this has reminded me that I still haven't transferred my own cassette version of Passengers of the Wind to CDT...

At last, here are dumps of both the cassette and disc versions of Passengers on the Wind! (Yes, I have both versions!)

I was very lucky to be able to dump the cassette version. The game comes on two cassettes, but the cassette with the main program had a loose pressure pad and it couldn't be read. Fortunately for me, I knew I had a spare of one of the cassettes - and it turned out to be the cassette that contained the main program!
