Great graphics. This is a nice idea: to submit a part of a work even if it is not organized in an announced project and does not belong to a team.

This helps in motivating and finding easier other people in the chain to take over and submit their work independently and add the next milestone to this project.

The vinyl record looks good to me, that's how non-unlimited resolution looks like (even if this MODE 1 has more then 4 colors). One could rotate it by 90 degrees for a more-3d-feeling, but the way it is they look more elegant.
