Does anyone know the background story / game plot to THE LOST TREASURE OF CUAUHTEMOC [El Tesoro Perdido de Cuauhtemoc]
(c) 4MHZ ?

I have contacted 4mhz but have not received any info about the game.

I have looked on CPC POWER but there is very little info about the game's story line.

I have also looked on cpcrulez, again there is very little info about the game itself.

If anyone has some details it would be much appreciated.

History tells that Cuauhtémoc, the last king of Mexico, upon conquest at hands of Hernán Cortés and his troops, built a crypt to hide his most valuable treasures.

Centuries have passed and nobody has found the hidden treasure, which led to think that the crypt didn't exist. But, a newly found codex sheds some light on the possible location of the crypt inside the temple. You've been tasked a difficult mission, find the crypt and the hidden treasure. But many have fall because the temple interior is filled with traps, secret passages, mummies, serpents...


Jump on the adventure! Find the secret crypt of the temple and you'll be the first one to discover the most desired treasure from the ancient aztec empire.

if i remember correctly (i ended the game) they are stones needed to enter the treasure chamber.

You achieve the stones defeating different bosses in the game.
