Steel Figther 1.2

I am looking to acquire the street fighter 2 game which is on YouTube as 'Steel Figther 1.2' - does anyone know anything about this game?  Can anyone point me in the right direction of acquiring this master piece?  Apparently you need 512k of ram to load it - if anyone can help me finding how to either save the rom as a bin file or just buy a repro of it if one is available?

Any idea why mass media version for 1.2 is not available yet? Only dsk version is available for 1.2
