Hi Everyone,

I am trying to remember a name of a game I used to play on the CPC464 and I can't for the life of me remember what it's called! I only have vague memories of it so I'll do my best to describe it:

1. Game is set in medieval times.
2. The character has to go on a journey through mazes etc. collectiong flowers and other odd bits to make potions and spells.
3. The object of the game is to go after an evil wizard
4. Most of the paths you navigate through are marked out with grey stones/boulders like you'd have in a grave yard.
........That's all i remember!

I've had a look at some screen shots and i have found it is NOT the following games:

- Sorcerer/Sorcery?
- Nemesis/Warlock?
- Wizard Willy
- Wizard's Lair

Sorry it's not much info to go on but you know how annoying it is when you just can't remember something! If you could help me clear this up it would be soooooo appreciated!

Cheers

Sounds like Feud, though i usually get it muddled up with Firelord (which was on one of the AA Covertapes) - even though Firelord has a case of the Spectrums!  ;D
* Using the old Amstrad Languages :D   * with the Firmware :P
* I also like to problem solve code in BASIC :)   * And type-in Type-Ins! :D

Does sound like Feud, but could also be Druid/Druid 2 or The Apprentice.

MacDeath

could you give more details concerning the view of the game (side or above view ?)
Also was video mode did it use ?

ssg

I've never played Feud, but it fits the description perfectly.

And now looking at screenshots I'm regretting the times I did not care to buy this game. I had found the name funny and skipped the game. I thought it was about eggs crossing the street etc. (In my town, computer shops were selling pirated games with standard covers, not their originals so you had to guess what the game was about by either the owner's recommendations or the whatever the name rings).
