I promised and here we go. THis is the first work I can give you for our new ww3 game. These are the belligerents' flags. As I explained some time ago, there will be 3 alliances a) NATO b) Russian-Chinese alliance and c) The Arab League.  Please do not hesitate to post any kind of comment.
In order to see the flags load the advanced art studio and set it in MODE 0.

Thinking of the alliance dynamics: NATO and Russia/China are well-understood, bur Arab league? Perhaps Israel should be affiliated with NATO, even though it's not a NATO member. Then again, and given the events of the past few years, maybe the Arab League could be Islamic League or something? This would open the way to include Africa as well.

Well, indeed Israel is NATO affiliated and is closely associated with Greece and Cyprus in missions where Turkey wiith other Islamic nations attack them. In a proposed mission design, Israel must defend its borders against the Arabs and block the turkish landings in Cyprus and the turkish aerial campaign against it. I will better change the name to Islamic League.

its 30 years ago when cpc was born that this style of game would have been the norm look at those times thatcher and regan in power the world was different then but now 30 years later life has changed we need to respect each other as humans and we need to be as one and not divided in certain alliances and not nato / warsaw / islamists etc etc etc

I have not thought of any human vs aliens game. I have already thought about the ww3 game so I think that I will do this first and then if this goes well , we will create another strategy game like the one you are asking.

But now the world is coming back to normal again. Nato vs Russia vs Islam is good by me.
Why don't you ask Putin what he thinks? He surely is acting like its the "good" old days. He even uses the same argument that was used before the last great war.

I think that this game is politically correct! Look at what is happening in Ukraine. Ps: The game scenario is based on a well known prophecy, the prophecy of Paisios Monk.

NATO financed armed paratroops assaulting Ministries and killing an IT who just wanted to protect his beloved computer hardwares, snipers firing at both manifestation and police forces, newly unelected power getting violent against the people... but previous elected power being corrupt anyway.
well... can't say it is good vs evil...

I mean, yeah after all, why not such WW3 game, but then each faction should be playable and theme should not get into some good vs evil shit as it was too often in the 80's, because there is no such things in real world.
Despite public opinions being manipulated and disinformed into believing this.

And sorry I didn't wanted to turn this topic into a political topic.


A Scene-wars oriented theme could be nice as well...

Will the french coders manage to hold back the spanish scene invasion ?
Wil the Tape cassette be a powerfull enough weapon of mass data ?
Will the PLUS-scene terrorists be removed from the premises ?

But anyway, if it is to be a wargame, gameplay and system mechanics  are 90% of the game, the theme/setting is the cherry on top.

A war against an alien horde is no WW now, is it? By definition a WW will involve the big political and cultural groups of EARTH, but it doesn't need to take sides; plenty of strategy games out there that don't take sides.

And btw: It always depends on the single person. Putting them in groups is an intellectual concept which has nothing to do in reality. One can always find "good" or "bad" persons in a group. Furthermore nobody is always good or ever.
