While browsing Your Computer magazine online, I saw an interesting ad from 1983, I had even seen it from 1982, but I forget in which magazine. How did Amstrad's AMSOFT not get sued by these people? Did they buy them out? Does anyone know the history of this?

Nice find! They probably went by their full name, or went under before Amstrad put Amsoft together. We could check the business directories - I think the UK ones offer historical data as well?
