Funny response, but: Sugar actually bought Sinclair's stocks and brand name (which was what he was going after, not the stock itself) for a pittance really. No QL stock problem - though the retailers did have a hard time when Sugar announced he'd be shutting down production of QLs. Sinclair himself didn't get any money, though he did ask for some.  He kind of lost everything and left with his tail under his hind legs. From then on, he became irrelevant.

No he actually made money with the remains of ZX spectrums stocks (48 and 128...) and also when he made the Amstrad Speccies...(+2 and +3... I think they sold quite well)
