Title: cpc power magazine
Post by: arnoldemu on 09:37, 19 July 12
in retro gamer this month, there is a short piece about "cpc power" magazine where it talks about jet set roland, a special version of jet set willy that was to use the roland character.

and I thought "cpc-power" magazine? eh?

it looks professionally printed, in colour too.
was this a fanzine or a real magazine?

I don't remember seeing it in the UK... the bit did say it was "eurocentric" pointing towards it being a French/German fanzine perhaps.

it's in the bit about "what happened in the year..." I think it was 1995 they were talking about.

Huh, you're right. I read that part and it didn't set off any alarms, but it did sound strange now that I recall it (probably archived the thought for the next day and forgot about it).

Will check the article again when I get back home, I don't remember the pic...

I looked on CPC-POWER, sauvegarde du patrimoine de l'Amstrad CPC (http://www.cpc-power.com) thinking it would be there as part of a collection, but I didn't find it.
also I didn't find any other reference to it on the net.

There is this:
CPC-Power - CPCWiki - The Ultimate Amstrad CPC Community & Encyclopedia! (http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/CPC-Power)

However, the one I saw was full colour print. this is black and white.

and also this one:

CPC Power - CPCWiki - The Ultimate Amstrad CPC Community & Encyclopedia! (http://cpcwiki.eu/index.php/CPC_Power)

which is also black and white.

... strange...
