Looking for old book please help me to find it

Hello,

I once had a book in english about computers it was about 8bit microcomputes it showed about basic and i whould love to see it
again so this is what I remember from it.
It's name was ....... and was about basic the cover had a pencil, paper
and a computer keyboard halft i think it has on left down corner of the cover
and on the right paper and pencil, I remember very well it said no computer needed for the book ( but that didn't made me read and learn basic i still wanted a computer for it ) I think it was publish in 1987 but if not was during the 1984-1987 z80 era.

Please help me to find it online.

I don't know what book you seem to remember.. Many book was about basic, was the book CPC specific???

I am sorry but only books CPC specific or directly related to the CPC is covered in CPCWIKI. BASIC is a pretty wide subject (as this was built in language on most homecomputers of the 80's), and probably covered elsewhere. Where exactly i dont know, but maybe others here can help?

mmm none but we my dad was close to buying an amstrad 472 i think
and i had lots of tapes but at the end we give them all to a friend who owned
an amstrad as we couldn't buy it.
I keep the book untill 1992 , 1993
