Title: My CPC collection :-D
Post by: VincentGR on 09:15, 03 May 15
As I promised on a repair related thread here, I will post my cpc collection.
Here are some that I have at my work far far from home.

In a couple of days I will post the rest as I will go home for 1-2 days.

Bryce@ top left is the broken one I was talking about that a friend gave me for free... I had a stroke when I open the case.

I bought the middle one for 20 euros with 2 monitors (GT65-CTM644 and a TV Tuner  ;D )
The monitors are dead, cpc was not working due faulty switch. Now works fine, just needs a drive belt.
It's condition is good as new and the drive was so clean that you could say it was built yesterday.

And here is the third one.
This is my first cpc and my first computer ever that I bought in 88"
Thanks to Bryce he is alive and kicking again.
I've added a parados rom too  :P

Nice collection there. Broken monitors are not an issue really as scart leads work so well. However locating a CRT TV is becoming harder for that genuine 80 look.

I have many crt tvs, even some flat trinitrons.
The best solution for me is 1084S monitor but I built some scarts for my lcds.
It is a fast solution but I am not satisfied with lcd screens.
They have lag, I felt it and I confirmed it while playing games on my cpc and the sound from my cpcs speaker and tv where having an echo effect  :P
