New User - Intro

Hi all,


I won't keep you too long!  Joined today for no other reason than I wanted to share my 35 year relationship with my CPC 464. 


I was brought the unit with a colour screen for Christmas 1985 (I think!) by my parents; I still don't know how they afforded it at the time!  However I've certainly had my money's worth given the same unit is alive and well today (bar a couple of "moving house" bumps)!


As all of you, I have a decent number of old game cassettes, a few peripherals and the obligatory joystick/pad or two and recently I've started buying things again, for modest amounts...


Some of the items I've purchased recently might be of interest to the forum, so I'll post my thoughts on bits and pieces in the appropriate places.
