Is there any way to view posts from the old cpczone forum, or are they gone for ever?

Gryzor

Hello mate and welcome here,

Even though Malc does have the entire database, it's not available. We're hoping he's going to restore it some time, even in read-only mode... :(

You can search google... some old posts are still viewable if you click to see the cached page.

Update: Saying that, I've just checked and it seems the info is no longer available, so sad... many conversations had on that forum, sadly gone forever. RIP CPCZONE forum.

Gryzor

Well, there's always hope as long as Malc has the db...

lachlank

If provided with a copy of the database I would happily write a (basic) searchable interface and host it in the interim, if that suited the DB owner...

Thanks for the responses, guys. I used to post occassionally on the old forums.

I'm after an old link to some cracking CPC loading screens... Bruce Lee was on I remembered. I think there was one site with a bunch of really good ones. Long shot, I know, but can anyone remember the link? Already tried and failed with Google cache.

Also, anyone got the 'One Man and his Mic' episode 'Follintastic' they can email me? The download is broken.

Cheers

Gryzor

I'm not sure about the loading screens (what was the context?) but OMAHM is still up: http://www.binaryzone.org/podcast/

Cpcmaniaco

There is a very good french page of Mic about CPC cracked games :

http://cpccrackers.free.fr/

Look at there, perhaps you can find that you like it.

Perhaps this site?

Cheers, Axelay... that's the page I was after.

Gryzor... thanks for the link. The site is still up but the specific link I need is broken. Time to contact the site admin, I guess.

Gryzor

Dera Nomen Luni (??), well, for me is still up. Try refreshing...
