This is a gray day. I saw many posts at Pouet, then found a mention about this message at CSDB...
RIP Ultrasyd.

Both me and the missus love his tracks... This is really sad indeed...

What happened?

 :(  That's really sad news.
Once again we're reminded that we don't have plenty of time...
Also very curious to know what happened.

I'm truly shocked. So young..  >:(

My best thoughts to his family (if someday they are reading this forum).
I really appreciated his innovative work.

Shit, that's hard. I met Syd several times and had a few good nights out with him when he visited Evoke. Really sad to hear.

You did? How nice. Wish I'd met him to tell him how many evenings his tunes accompanied us at home and pumped us up while making dinner or whatever.

Sad to hear this. Never met him in real life but I surely must have enjoyed listening to his music in various platforms.

I am still devastated by the news. I considered him a friend, met him through nectarine almost 10 years ago,
he played his great Atari ST dance music at my 40. birthday some years ago and we were in contact since then.

This is incredibly sad and my thoughts are with his wife and kids.

I will indeed never forget this gentle soul and truly nice guy.

** My SID player/tracker AYAY Kaeppttn! on github **  Some CPC music and experiments ** Other music ** More music on scenestream (former nectarine) ** Some shaders ** Some Soundtrakker tunes ** Some tunes in Javascript

My hardware: ** Schneider CPC 464 with colour screen, 64k extension, 3" and 5,25 drives and more ** Amstrad CPC 6128 with M4 board, GreaseWeazle.
