Come on guys, for the love of god, of course it was a joke, as in "you guys suck, giving up the cpc for real life".

Would be a different story if it was all fairyland stuff with money growing on trees!  ;D

Let's try and not derail this thread as it's not fair on arnoldemu.

@arnoldemu: Is your job programming related?
Yes. I was told I should not do so much internet, so I stopped it. (I am writing this in my main break).

@Gryzor: I didn't take offence.
@Everyone: Back off from Gryzor please.
My games. My Games
My website with coding examples: Unofficial Amstrad WWW Resource

@CP/M User: so... you mean these are fig leaves I've been collecting? Damn, there goes my dream to buy off the entire MegaFlash production and then sell it on eBay at inflated prices...
@Arnoldemu: thanks, mate, I really appretiace it, as I was really worried the more the thread got derailed...

I don't take fig-leaves as payment :) Other non-accepted "currencies" are:

Fairy dust
Magic coins
Pixie points
WoW weapons

Bryce.

Actually...

Spoiler: ShowHide

...Without messing up this thread too much, materials which come through nature could technically be turned into profit - time into produce that product is critical based on supply and demand for it though. The kids at the Lemonade stand is classic example!  ;D  Things like Wood can be sculptured (some woods are better than others) again time is a factor there. Leaf foliage can do all sorts of things, mulch or boiling some leaf foliage to produce a scent which some people find desirable.

So correction, money can be found on Trees!  :-[

Darn, too late, I already paid him through Paypal, and Paypal doesn't have a "foliage" currency option...

@Gryzor: Let us know how much you'd be looking for. I don't need one at the moment, but it's always good to know the current market value in case I need to replace mine in the future. I hear they sometimes get tempremental after a few years :D

Bryce.

Gryzor

Well, all things considered, I guess CPCs are more reliable in the long run :D

Bryce

And I know how to fix them too :)

Bryce.

But why Marry if you're going to be like that?  :(  It defeats the purpose of Marrage!

We're only joking you know! I wouldn't swap my "No. 1" for a box of ACIDs and Golden CPC472 personally signed and handed to me by Alan Sugar himself.

Hmm, pretending to want something you don't want, interesting. Body Language might help. Unfortunately I play mind games too much (in real life) and am being regularly caught, the only advantage I might get is by not playing mind games will put those who know me into thinking I'm playing mind games. Only regret is I'm a poor liar cause it stands out in my face!  :o

Ooh, now, that's a tough one.

Bryce

Yeah, after reading my own comment back to myself I nearly went back and edited it :D
