Hello guys,
Yesterday I got an email from Amazon. Alan Sugar's autobiography (http://www.amazon.com/gp/r.html?R=1FC1CCJG0YFMC&C=28XZ76PO02UYW&H=NUWTIRX3IISVDRPRFRPVXW9IOB8A&T=C&U=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fgp%2Fproduct%2F023074933X%2Fref%3Dpe_5050_18951360_snp_dp) will be out on April 1st and if you preorder it it's only $15.49, down from $27.95. I know I have :)
While I love the Amstrad CPC computer range, I'm absolutely not fan of Sugar as character. To me, he is more like an opportunist ($$$) than a real passionated person. His lacks of vision made Amstrad fails with computers, where it could have been successful in other context.
Well, yes. It has been thoroughly discussed in the past and I don't think you'll find a single user in here who likes him :D
Still, his life *was* very exciting, and for anyone interested in Amstrad and business stories it should be a must...
