464 not saving to tape

Hi
I have been loading and saving to tape ok, now all of a sudden it loads but will not save!
Saving sounds normal but there's nothing written to the tape afterwards

Anyone got an ideas what could be up?
Yes, I'm actually using the tape right now for saving programs on etc!

Update - Ignore It was the damn tape. You think, why didn't he try that? I KNOW 
But get this, brand new tape, saved a file to ok, but won't save anything AFTER that file. But another tape works fine. I never seen that before ever where it doesn't record like that

It's strange i just can't believe it, fustrating too as I been tying to copy mini office II from a bad tape to a good one. i'm so close. looks like i need to get some new tapes...
