A Use for a Spare FD-1 (Gotek)
« on: 04:26, 07 August 18 »
Hi All

I had a spare FD-1 box that previously had a Faulty 3" drive in it.
I put a GOTEK drive inside and swapped over the +5 Volt and added a 34 Way cable to the drive.
Had to cut a bit off the Gotek baseplate, and stuck some of the cut off on the top of the drive so as to not leave a hole.
Set the ID on the Gotek to be Drive 1 and away it went.
