CPC 464 play didn't work

hi all,


   I am try to repair my bother`s old cpc 464, f.f. and play didn't works.


   I changed belt and f.f works ok but when i tried to load a cassette left head moved but right didn't move.


   I check for the play piece that move the head i see that the little belt is not broken.


   Some one have any idea
