Title: GX4000 Help
Post by: Beaps on 12:53, 17 November 14
Hi All,

I switch on my GX4000 today and all I get is this

(http://s30.postimg.org/4z9cmo0j1/IMAG0345.jpg) (http://postimg.org/image/4z9cmo0j1/)

It was working fine the other day. I checked the 7805 inside the GX and I am getting just under 5v input & output.

Any ideas what it could be?

Hmm, not good. Have you cleaned the cartridge contacts? If that's not the problem, then the ASIC may have died.

Hmm, not good. I doesn't look like a RAM problem, so there's a good chance that your ASIC has failed. You can send it over to me to check it out if you like.

Bryce.
