[solved] - help identify faulty RAM with dandanator

Hi all,

happy owner of a 6128, but with a bit messy FDD after replacing a broken belt, I recently decided to add a Gotek on the disc drive 2 expasion connector.
Annnnd I missed the operation :picard:  (why the 1 pin is not at the good place !), and my 6128 is not booting anymore...

So I bought a dandanator to see if a RAM was not faulty and ....



that's the case, RAM3 is detected faulty but... where is the RAM3 on the Amstrad PCB ? (picture below... not mine)



after reading this topic on the forum, I think it's IC130 on the previous image , but I want to be sure before desoldering and replacing the RAM,

can someone confirm this ?

Yes, IC130 is bit 3 of the main ram bank (4th from the top of the right collumn)

after desoldering and putting back the new RAM IC...



the machine is back from the death :)
