MP2 Modulator query

Hi,

How did the (appalling) output from the MP2 compare with the output from the other 8-Bits of the eighties, in particular, the C64 and Spectrum?

Were they better/worse/the same?

They were extremely similar, however, the MP2 got criticised because the picture was often compared to what the Amstrad monitor could do, which was worlds ahead, whereas the other computers had no comparison.

The c64 war worse for sure. Atari XL similar. Spectrum I don't know.
