No.
That one is the 6128 internal one.

I think someone has made JED files or at least reverse-engineered the state table for the DKTronics PAL too.

Did Datel make a clone or licensed copy? I thought Datel was a different company.

If I remember well, Datel bought dk'tronics. They does some action replay hardware on Game Cube, NDS and PSP.
