Title: Pinout of Schneider PCW/Joyce Expansion port
Post by: JonB on 19:21, 24 March 19
Hi

Is the Schneider expansion port the same as the Amstrad edge connector? Does anyone have a pin out?

Asking because I'm about to supply a uIDE-80 to a Schneider owner and I want to make sure the expansion port adapter header (which I will fit instead of an edge connector) will be the right way round...

Thanks
JonB

According to "Joyce - mehr als ein Textsystem" this should be the pinout for the expansion port:

Is there a diagram showing the orientation of the socket? i mean, where Pin 1 is (I assume top left but one never knows).
