RGB to SVideo

I was wondering if I could re-purpose a little 4.3" screen such as this ONE here?
I take note it is using a composite signal, therefore more for a TV usage input.  It has 2 inputs, I was thinking to use the non-reversing one.  It is a little annoying it is 12v, but it is meant to be used from a car - anyone know of a similar one that can run from a 5v USB?
However, to output the signal from the CPC 464, I'd need to convert the RGB to a composite signal - which reminded me of the early MP1/2 modulators.

and I believe that is exactly what I need?

Does anyone have one of these devices knocking around in a drawer somewhere that they'd like to sell me?  Although before that, can I have a sanity check that what I want to do can actually be done?

Basically, I'd love to have a small flip up monitor that I can place on top of the tape deck and use that as the monitor rather than the CTM 644.

okay, so after taking a look at this forum post
that sent me in the direction of this device RGB2HDMI - yes, I know it isn't composite video that I originally was looking for.
However, there are none available 
which then led me to eBay here - so it looks like I can purchase one of these devices.

But, this is not composite video?  Well....I found that I have a couple of these screens sitting in a box (they were meant for an IBM PC 110 project that never worked out) - they run on 5v and have multiple inputs.

I also have a couple of RPi zeros that I can repurpose too.

okay - if the original Bryce-made device is no longer available, I'll go this route for what I want to achieve.

If you can deal with HDMI and lag isn't an issue a Scart2HDMI converter could also do the trick, as long as it's a true RGB converter. 

If the screen has VGA input, you can also use a GBS8200 (best with GBS control mod). That one works well with just 5V.

     I don't think I have any adapters left, but I can take a look. I may have some of the PCB's somewhere. Back then I built exactly what you are suggesting with a similar S-Video/composite monitor, but I changed the case to allow all the additional electronics to all fit in one unit.
It has the original Composite and S-Video inputs, plus sockets for CPC and CPC+. I never added a 12V Booster, so it still needed an additional 12V supply.
The screen is 4.3in.
