What's a (your) recommended website to order PCBs for expansion boards?

I use https://www.seeedstudio.com for all my PCBs.

I've never had any issues with board quality or deliveries, and they are about as cheap as anyone for the 'proto-pack' type stuff which is 10x 2 layer PCBs up to 100mm x 100mm each. Maybe others are cheaper for larger bulk orders, or larger or more complex boards?

I did use PCBpool once many years ago, and just remember they were comparatively very, very expensive, but no complaints about the boards themselves. I have also used https://oshpark.com, but again they were quite a bit more expensive than Seeed and I didn't really notice any higher quality.

A few users here have PCBs available directly from Seeed, including

PCBWay (https://www.pcbway.com) has worked very well for me.

Hi,

Actually, I personnaly & professionally use https://jlcpcb.com/ and I've never be disappointed
I send my Eagle files directly and the results are good, there's a preview and enough options for me
I'll soon try to send them an order with smd assembly, never done before.

I used to send my design to https://dirtypcbs.com/store/pcbs before, and it was ok too for small batches.

I use PCBPool (now called Beta Layout): https://de.beta-layout.com/leiterplatten/ They're not the cheapest, but they are very high quality, very fast and are produced locally (within EU), so less polution and supports local jobs.

Bryce.
