Prepare a good bowl of popcorn, because anything can happen.

And of course, comment on twitter with #CPCRetroDev if you agree with the jury's votes and which game you liked the most.

(Important to notify you of the error we had in the previous image. There are exactly 36 games that will be judged in the competition).

All the best to anyone who submitted a game this year.
While I am very curious how I and everyone else went somehow I can't quite bring myself to get up at 5am, ah well maybe one day I'll watch it live :).

I mostly agree with the results, IMHO Shovel Adventure was the best game of this edition.

Congratulations to everybody that submitted a game!

It is great to see the Pat Morita Team developing for the CPC; again, thanks to the awesome work of the Mojon Twins and they engines.
Released The Return of Traxtor, Golden Tail, Magica, The Dawn of Kernel, Kitsune`s Curse, Brick Rick and Hyperdrive for the CPC.

If you like my games and want to show some appreciation, you can always buy me a coffee.

Lots of interesting games to try out.
I'm very happy to have had my best result this year :D.
I'll probably write some longer comments tomorrow where I hopefully can get some feedback and fix some bugs.

Congratulations to every participant! What a celebration for the Amstrad!

Now I just need to find time to immerse myself in the great new games.

Definitely Wireware for the win. Streets ahead other the others. Daylight robbery not to have won. I'll do my own top ten as I've been able to play them quite a bit now.

Gryzor

Congrats and thanks to all participants! Now someone please do a video of all the entries, kthxbye :D

Hello everyone, friends of the CPC scene.

Another year, the #CPCRetroDev comes to its end. Congratulations to all the winners, you deserved it!

We would like to thank the sponsors who have awarded the prizes, the experts who have evaluated the games, the University of Alicante, but most of all, all the developers who have participated in the contest. Without these people the contest would not be possible!
And many thanks to all of you who have followed the contest and even participated in the game ratings. We hope you enjoyed becoming a judge for a day!

But as always, it doesn't end here, it's the beginning of new adventures. Now it's time to enjoy the 37 games that were submitted to the contest. You can check them out on the itch.io contest website where they were submitted and in a few days also on our official homepage;)

And don't forget that, as in previous years, we will soon release a physical edition with the collection of games of the #CPCRetroDev 2021. We're sure you'll be looking forward to try it on the real Amstrads! As soon as we have it available we will let you know!
