Imagine how many CPCs you could buy with that kind of money! Pimped up to the max, too!  ;D

Google tells me there are 365 tech billionaires (one for each day of the year, strangely).
If I was one of them, I'd probably put some pocket money into an Apple I to have a play with....
An expanding array of hardware available at www.cpcstore.co.uk (and issue 4 of CPC Fanzine!)

@tjohnson  It's the wrong shape for an anchor. Maybe hot-air balloon ballast  :D

You would spend 1000th of your wealth on an old Apple computer also considering few of these people have the liquid cash, paper billionaires many.

Skunkfish

Spent half my wealth on a 6128 Plus twenty years ago. No regrets...

He just received 7 times feedback over the last year. Doesn't seem to be a successful business.

Of course it's worth that! He put the word "Rare" in the description! That automatically makes the item at least 10 times more expensive than reality. And adding *** or !!! either side of the word rare can cause an item to increase hundred-fold in price.

Bryce.

Gryzor

Also add a few pounds per photo, right?

Skunkfish

I notice the same seller is selling a NES for almost £8000 and a set of 116 Codemasters games for £1699.97 (plus £3.50 postage & packing)!

Seriously??? :_D that made me actually laugh out loud. My kids just asked what is so funny.

I mean, come on... if you find someone who is willing to pay such an absurd amount of money, you will still charge him p&p?

Skunkfish

Seems a bit cheap actually, I'm worried they're not sending recorded!
