Hello Stefan, please download the freeware "Filezilla" an FTP Program. Then you directly connect to the ftp Server (Port 21) - login anonymous.
You browse to the directory folder pub / ... / ....
and there you go.

Don't use many connections otherwise the ftp server will slow you down or ban you for a few days ;)
