Not one the bundled games that came with the 464 but clearly just as early a game. Probably was programmed way before 1984 to be able to be sold in 84 just like a lot of the other Amsoft games....[/t][/t] From: CholoCPC (http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR-tUtYkQJLHmpVO2V9xq0A) Views: 0 (http://gdata.youtube.com/static/images/icn_star_empty_11x11.gif) (http://gdata.youtube.com/static/images/icn_star_empty_11x11.gif) (http://gdata.youtube.com/static/images/icn_star_empty_11x11.gif) (http://gdata.youtube.com/static/images/icn_star_empty_11x11.gif) (http://gdata.youtube.com/static/images/icn_star_empty_11x11.gif) 0 ratings | Time: 07:33 | More in Gaming (http://www.youtube.com/videos?c=20) |

Are these Orics falling down?
Anyhow, an interesting concept for a very simple game, but makes you wonder - couldn't they afford better pixel artists for the launch titles?
Definately quite "square" graphics in this one. Also getting a odd "8bit wars" vibe from the game because of all those keyboards flying around.

Look, the evil dude looks like Sir Clive...

Those old games bundled from the begining... 1984... were probably coded in late 1983 actually.
Remember Pixel art was non existant at the time. Most coders only had shitty graphic machines under hands, because amstrad CPC wasn't even released yet.
No proper tools, those guys had to code pixel art in Basic.
Hell the very concept of "Pixel art" wasn't even invented.
Also this game is actually the precursor of Night Shift.

That remake is slightly flawed , if you die on level 3 , it does not re start you, probably because the start position is in line with the force field. Not bad other than that.
