In reality you dont need to do much other than choose Lucy and let her lure Nosferatu into the final room where he gets killed if its daylight (if you arrive during night, then just get him stuck on the table and wait untill daybreak). It does help somewhat to make some stakes to kill the random vampires, but once you kill one, another seem to emerge so its just to get more points really. Still might pave the road more clear for Lucy. Still, no matter how many preperations you do, a random rat/villager always seems to unwillingly block you one and only doorway, making the game really hard.
