You just pronounce it like a C sounds in Spanish, English pronounce it with an english C - "See-Pee-See", it sounds slightly different in some "northern languages" too. In Germany it's more "Tsay-Pay-Tsay"

Yep, in spanish we tend to destroy all the 'secret' meanings of acronyms like 'U2' (even in radio programs), we (usually) never say something like 'you too', instead we pronounce it like an spanish U and spanish 2, that doesn't mean anything, and if you go out of Spain people will never know what group you are talking about.
That was why I said the stupid joke of the S, because in english C sounds like "See" ;)

The first time I heard U2, they were still called "The Hype", call them that (almost anywhere) and absolutely no one will know who you are talking about :D
